Show Beautiful Wedding A very beautiful and delightful wedding reception was held Wednesday Wed-nesday evening, November 30, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Nielson in honor of the marriage of their only daughter, Nina, to Mr. Earl Tidwell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Tidwell of Moroni. " The ceremony was performed by Elmo Irons of MoronL The bride was beatifully gowned in peach satin and white fur. Her veil was of white tulle and was carried by little Doyce Allen. The bride's bouquet was of brides roses. Miss Lula Brandon was the maid of honor and the Misses Blanche Rosenlof and Edna Truscott were the brides maids: They were gowned gown-ed in pastel colors and each carried car-ried a bouquet of chrysanthemums. Mr. Lowell Christensen of Moroni was best man. The rooms were ' decorated with chrysanthemums and ferns. A delicious supper was served to one hundred guests. The table was decorated with a wedding cake of silver and white, with crystal candle holders and green tapers at each end. A program was given during the evening with readings by the Misses Miss-es Wilma Bjelke and Louise Fowl-es. Fowl-es. Mrs. H. C. Jacobs gave a musical musi-cal reading and Miss Katheryn Jacobsen and Eugene Peterson furnished vocal numbers. Miss Jacobsen Ja-cobsen also played piano selections during the evening. Lynn Tidwell of Moroni played his guitar and sang several numbers. The bride and groom received many beautiful and useful gifts. Miss Lula Brandon entertained at a party Tuesday evening for the young couple. A lovely luncheon was served. Bridge was the main diversion of the evening. A Trousseau Tea was given at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Nielson Friday afternoon, November Novem-ber 25, in honor of the bride. Eighty guests called during the afternoon. i |
