Show THE ELECTION. The election for Delegate to Congress on Tuesday last passed off quietly, though there wasa good deal of interest manifested. The brass band discoursed inspiring music and patriotic gentlemen were busy with teams conveying ladies to the polls. The vote for Hon. (Honourable) George Q. Cannon as Delegate was 329 and for Campbell 6. The vote may be considered only fair. Many of the registered voters are away from home at work. A large number who thought themselves entitled to vote went to the polls, but discovered that they had not been registered. If they could have voted it would have made a heavy vote for Logan. Following is given the vote by precincts; it will be seen that the only votes cast for Campbell in cache County were those east in Logan.
