Show MRS. SAGE (SADE) THORLET Open House to Honor Resident on Eightieth Birthday An Open House will be held Sunday, June 30 for Mrs. Sage (Sade) Thorley, who will celebrate cele-brate her 80th birthday. The open house, given by her children, will be held at home from 6 to 9 p. m., and friends and relatives have been extended extend-ed an invitation to call and visit with Mrs. Thorley. The family requests no gifts. A lifelong resident of Cedar City, Mrs. Thorley was born here on July 1, 1883. She married Frank Thorley In the Salt Lake LDS Temple in 1912. Mr. Thorley died in 1900. Throughout her married life she had assisted her husband in the operation of a prominent livestock business. She has raised rais-ed five children. All of the child- n and their families will be in attendance for the birthday occasion. They include Max Thorley, Cedar Ce-dar City; Mrs. Fred (Phyllis) Eberhard, Salt Lake Cityr Robert J. and Jay Thorley, both of Cedar Ce-dar City, and Mrs. Harold (Norma) (Nor-ma) Dent, Salt Lake City. |
