BAGLEY Kathleen Sargent find Jay Bagley United in Temple Married June 14 in the St. George Temple were Kathleen Sargent, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ross W. Sargent, and Jay W. Bagley, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Carroll Bagley. A reception re-ception in the Cedar Third Ward was held that evening. ' Attending the bride as bridesmaids were Sharon Seaman, Sea-man, Carolyn Esplin, Kathie Utley, Saundra Sargent, and Gay Sargent. Matron of honor was the bride's sister, Suzanne Offret. The new Mrs. Bagley wore a satin gown with apliqued j lace bordering the organza overdress. Bridesmaids wore pastel colored dotted Swiss dresses with lace trim. The bride's grandfather, J. Howard Maughan, Logan, performed per-formed the ceremony. A wedding wed-ding breakfast was hosted by the D. L. Sargents. Cousins of the brideMiJe Cardon, Gene Cardon and Brad. Schmutz, and the bride's brother, bro-ther, Dale Sargent, were waiters. Out of town relatives who carne to the reception included includ-ed Mr. and Mrs. J. Carroll Bagley, Sunnyside, Washington; Washing-ton; Mr. and Mrs. Danny El-dej, El-dej, Provo; Mr. and Mrs. D. L. Sargent, Jr., Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Ray H.,Gleave, Pleasant Grove; Mr: arrd, Mrs. Ronald Offret, Seattle, v Washington; Wash-ington; and Mr. and Mrs.'- J. Howard Maughan, Logan. On June 22, the , 'young couple were further feted at the home of the bride's parents par-ents in Yakima, Washingbton. Attendants were Karen Mc-Phie, Mc-Phie, Kathleen and Shanna Lee Bagley, and sisters of the bride, Suzanne, Saundra and Gay. Best man was the "grfxtai's brother, Kent, of Seattle. Seat-tle. Shirley Bagley was guest-book guest-book attendant. Pre-nuptial parties were hosted by Carolyn Esplin, Kathie Utley, Sharon Seaman, Karen McPhie and Alma Kane. Mr. and Mrs. Bagley are at home in Sunnyside, Washington, Washing-ton, for the summer. In the fall, both will attend Brigham Young University. |
