Show ENTERPRISE A wedding reception was held Friday evening In honor of Mr. and Mrs. Reynel Jennings, who were married recently in Las Vegas, and who plan to make their home' In Enterprise where Mr. Jennings will do barber work and Mrs. Jennings will operate a Beauty Parlor in the new theatre building which is near-lng near-lng completion. Mrs. Jfcnnlngs is the former Miss Arvilla Bauer of EnterprLse, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Bauer. Mr. Jennings is a former resident of Rockville. The sixth of the Oood Neighbor series of Broadcasts over radio station sta-tion KSUB In Cedar City, was presented pre-sented November 8th. With Armistice Armis-tice as Its theme, the broadcast was sponsored by the Hunt-Hyatt Post, the Enterprpise Post of the American Amer-ican Legion, and the Auxiliary unit with Mrs. Bryson Cook and Mrs. Oeneva Jones in charge. Those participating were Alma Holt, Delia Truman, Katherlne Cook, La Phael Holt, Carolyn Truman and Verna B. Holt. Bill Barlocker, President of the Enterprise Lions, was master mast-er of ceremonies. Alma Truman, running on the "People's" Ticket, was re-elected Mayor of Enterprise at the municipal munici-pal election last week. Councllmen elected were Grant Clove and Edward Ed-ward Hunt, Incumbents, Alwyn Jones and Durward Terry. Armistice week activities In Enterprise En-terprise were opened with a program pro-gram November 11th, sponsored by the Enterprise Post of the American Amer-ican Legion and Women's Auxiliary. A dance was held In the evening of Armistice Day. The Enterprise high school will stage a dance Friday evening to raise funds with which to publish a year book for the present schqol year. |
