Show REPUBLICAN STATE CONVENTIONS CONVEN-TIONS FOR ELfcCTiON OF DELE. GATES TO THE REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION. Republican State Conventions for the election of eight delegates and eight alternates, to attend the National Na-tional Republican Convention at Chicago, Chi-cago, June 8th, is hereby officially called to take place at Price, Utah, commencing at ten o'clock A. M. on May 3rd. At that time there will be held, first, a State Delegate Convention, Conven-tion, consisting of 597 delegates. This convention shall proceed to elect four delegates from the state at large and likewise four alternates. Following the adjournment of this convention, a convention of the First Utah Congressional Congres-sional District will convene at the same place. This convention will consist of 323 delegates from the following fol-lowing counties : Beaver 10, Box Elder El-der 28, Cache 42, Carbon 13, Daggett 1, Duchesne 8, Emery 10, Garfield 7, Grand 2, Iron 10, Juab 14, Kane 4, Millard 15, Morgan 5, Piute 3, Rich 4, San Juan 3, Wayne 3, Washington 9 and Weber 52. At 2 :3Q p.. m. the same day a convention con-vention of the Second Utah Congressional Congres-sional district, consisting of 274 delegates, dele-gates, will be held at another hall. This convention is authorized to select two delegates and two alternates from the counties constituting this district to attend the Chicago Convention on June 8th, next. The Second iongres-sional iongres-sional District Convention shall consist con-sist of 274 delegates from the following follow-ing counties: Salt Lake 1SS, Tooele 13, Utah 55, Davis IS. The delegate representation of both of these districts constitute the 597 delegates qualified to take part in the state convention. By order of Republican State Committee. Com-mittee.
