Show POPULAR COUPLE MARRIED The marriage of Elgin Bouvang to Miss Elma Fjeldsted, well known among the younger set of the valley, pioved the social feature of society at Cerrterfield this week. The marriage mar-riage ceremony was performed at the Manti tmple yesterday. Immediately following the marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Bouvang motored to the home of the bride's parents at Centefield and at 5:30 an elaborate supper was tendered tender-ed the newlyweds. Some forty guests, members of the immediate families and close friends, were present to extend the well wishes. After the supper an evening of music and songs were enjoyed. The opening of the many beautiful gifts, which included elegant silverware and many other beautiful and useful present by the bride, proved an enjoyable event. Mr. Bouvang is one of the popular young farmers of the valley and is well ' nown here. The bride, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. FjeldsU is a native of Centerfield. S!.rf g'.-iauated from the Gunnison high school and is an accomplished musician and a leader lead-er in the younger social set of her city. Mr. and Mrs. Bouvang will make their home in the valley and they have hosts of warm friends who will join in wisliing them happiness on their matrimonial voyage. |
