To Wliom It May Concern: Notice Is hereby given that tho State of Utah lias filed In this office a list, Serial No. 01215. of lands selected by the said state, under section ti of tho Act of Congress, ' approved July lii, 1894, as Indemnity School Lands, us follows, viz: NE HYV Sec. 7, T. 18 S.. R. 1 E 8, L. M. Copies of said 1st, so far as It relate to said tracts, by descriptive subdivisions, has been conspicuously posted In this office for Inspection by any person Interested, and by the public generally. This notice will be. published Cor5 successive weeks, and. duriDgthls period, unaer departmental depart-mental instructions of April 25, 1907, protests or contests against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions hereinbefore herein-before described, on the ground that the same Is more valuable foriainerul than for agricultural uoi poses, will be received and noted for report to the General Land Office ut Washington. D. C. Failure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered sufficient evidence of the non-mineral character of t he tracts, and the selections thereof, being otherwise free from objection, will be recomeuued for approval.
