Show AN ORDINANCE. An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on both sides of -C street from the north side of Third street to a point midway between Eighth and Ninth streets, in Sower District No. 1, for the construction of a sewer. Bo it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lako City, Utah: Section 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly appointed by tho City Council for that purpose, of tho property abutting on both sides of C streot, from the north side of Third street to a point midway between Eighth and Ninth streets, in Sewer District No. 1, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing a sower upon said portion of said street, Is hereby confirmed, and tho assessments made and returned In said completed lists are hereby confirmed. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ef-fect upon approval. Passed by tho City Council of Salt Lako City, Utah, August 16th, 1904, and referred to tho Mayor for his approval. J. S.
