Show AN ORDINANCE. An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on both sides of C street from the north side of Third stroot to a point midway between Eighth and Ninth streets, in Sower District No. 1, for tho construction of a sewer. Bo it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lako City, Utah: Section 1. That tho assessment list made by tho City Treasurer as corrected, approved and completed by tho Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly appointed by tho City Council for that purpose, of the property abutting on both sides of C street, from tho north sido of Third streot to a point midway between Eighth and Ninth streets, in Sowor District No. 1, of Salt Lake City, for tho purpose of constructing a sower upon said portion of said streot, Is hereby confirmed, and tho assessments made and returned in said completed lists aro hereby confirmed. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ef-fect upon approval. Passed by tho City Council of Salt Lako City, Utah, August 15th, 1904, and referred to the Mayor for his approval. J. S. Be It ordained by tho City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: Section 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer as corrected, approved and completed by tho Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly I appointed by tho City Council for that purpose, of tho property abutting on tho east aide of Second West street, between Third North and Fifth North streets, In I Sidewalk District No. 20, of Salt Lako Cltv, for the purpose of constructing a cement sidewalk upon said portion of b said streot, is horeby confirmed, and the assessments mado and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
