Show 12 CLIPPER Friday, September 24, 1993 Vision Center to hold grand opening Friday The Vision Center for Personal Empowerment announces the grand opening celebration of its new center, located on the second floor of 960 East 100 South in Salt Lake City. By being accountable for ones alignment it opens their choices and frees them from being locked into dysfunctional behavior patterns and belief systems, so they can create what they really want in their lives, Smith said.
