Show NOTICE OF PETITION OF DISCONNECTION Civil No. 9007 47951PR IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF DAVIS COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH BOYCE EQUIPMENT & PARTS COMPANY, INC., a Utah corporation. Petitioner, vs. FARMINGTON CITY, a Utah municipal corporation, Respondent. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant pur-suant to Section 10-2-501 U.C.A., that Boyce Equipment & Parts Company has filed a Petition in the captioned matter to disconnect certain property which is bounded on the south by Shepard Lane and on the east by the Union Pacific Railroad and other railroad rights-of-way which is presently present-ly within the corporate limits of Farmington Farm-ington City, Davis County, Utah. The property is more particularly described Li "Exhibit A" to the Petition which is on file in the above court. A hearing on the Petition will be held on Tuesday, the 25th day of September, 1990, at the hour of 2:30 o'clock p.m., to determine whether or not the property should be disconnected from Farmington City, Davis County, Utah.
