Jazzercise offers a great package of fitness and fun," explains Fullmer. "The workout conditions every part of your body from your cardiovascular system to your muscles, and the music, choreographed dance routines and friendly, noncompetitive atmosphere at-mosphere make it enjoyable.' According to Fullmer, the jazz-dance jazz-dance choreography, Jazzercise class structure, instructor training and suitability for students of all ages distinguish the program. Continually Con-tinually varying choreography created by Jazzercise founder Judi Sheppard Missett, keeps the program pro-gram fresh. The 60-60 minute class includes a warm-up, a dance-aerobic dance-aerobic segment, followed by a cool-down, muscle-toning and flexibility exercises and a final cool-down. "During class, we show ways to tone down or increase the intensity of each routine, so everyone can work at his or her own pace,' Fullmer adds. "No one has to feel held back or pushed beyond his or her personal ability. ' ' Classes are held at Canterbury Reception Call. Call 485-1223 for times and more information. |
