Show IB MEETS JORDON ON LOCAL FLOOR TONIGHT i The contest on the local floor tonight to-night between the Bingham and Jor ! dan teams promises to be the most interesting in-teresting game of the season, and It is safe to say that there will be a large crowd In the gymnasium to witness the argument. The first game between these teams was played at Jordan a few weeks ago, at which time Bingham was treated worse than a step-child. Kvery discourtesy dis-courtesy was shown the players and visitors. Bingham will of course not retaliate for this, but will treat the players and visitors from the Jordan with proper civility. The boys here state that Jordan has always been treated well at Bingham, but that they have no spirit of appreciation appre-ciation and that it is Impossible to heap coals of fire on their heads. 'Last year the Jordanites, after the game, were taken to one of the places of amusement and feasted royally at the expense of the home boys. So naturally natural-ly when Bingham visited the Jordan bunch they did not anticipate such a reception and raw deal as was handed them. 'After the game tonight there will be vocal music by the firemen, a dance and music by the Rag-Time Seven orchestra. |
