Show COPPERTON COUPLE TO NOTE 50TH WEDDING DATE A family dinner honoring Mr. and Mrs. Heber C. Nichols, 211 3rd East, Copperton, on the occasion oc-casion of their golden wedding anniversary, an-niversary, will be held Saturday at 7 p.m. at Harman Cafe, 1270 E, 21st South. The couple was married Dec. 19, 1908, in Milford, Beaver County. Coun-ty. They moved to Bingham Canyon Can-yon in 1910. They lived in Bingham Bing-ham and Copperfield before making mak-ing their home in Copperton in 1927. Mr. Nichols was born Oct. 16, 1886, in Farmington, to Charles and Elizabeth King Nichols. He worked a a locomotive engineer for Kennecott Copper Corp. for 46 years before hi retirement on Aug. I, 1956. Mrs. Nichols was born Dec. 31, 1888, in Fillmore, to John and Emma Bourne Nichols. She is a member of the Rebekah Lodge and the Women' Benefit Association. They are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mr. and Mrs. Nichols have two sons, Willard H. and John W. Nichols, Copperton, and five grand children. O |
