Show STREET CHANGES BEINGSTUDIED City Councilman Dale Johnston, John-ston, in charge of streets, has been busy this week with Street Superintendent Fay Mitchell, making a survey of necessary road repairs slated for this spring and summer. Plans call for the widening of the street on the curve above No. 2 Fire hall, where a quantity quanti-ty of rock will have to be moved; mov-ed; the street in front of the post office will also be widened and new steel grizzlies will replace wooden ones now covering sewer sew-er line openings. The Carr Fork road is to be repaired. Mr- Johnston ia writing writ-ing up road projects and will present them to the district state road engineer in the near future. fu-ture. Bingham Canyon city received receiv-ed $1920.00 from the state motor vehicle registration fees this year. The money can be expended expend-ed only on road work. |
