Show Hunch PRESIDENT'S ABLEJDDRESS ; Every Good American Man Woman and Child May Help OTHER THINGS BESIDES TRAINING TRAIN-ING FOR FIGHTING TO BE DONE AT ONCE President Wilson has issued an address ad-dress to all the American people. "The supreme test of the Nation has come," he said; "we must all speak, act and serve together." Putting the Navy on a war footing and raising a great Army, the President declared, are the simplest parts of the great task. Here are the principal points of the address: 1. America must furnish food and all other war supplies, not only for herself, but for all the nations at war with Germany. 2. We must supply ships to carry all kinds of materials across the ocean, defying submarines. 3. People who devote "their energy ener-gy to these things wilLbe serving the country and conducting the fight for peace and freedom "as effectively as the men in the trenches. The industrial indus-trial forces of the country will be a great international service army the efficient saviors of free men everywhere." ev-erywhere." 4.
