OCR Text	Show Bullelm Oscar L. Chapman, Secretary of the Interior, Wednesday told iwo members of the Utah congressional con-gressional delegation, Rep. Reva Beck Bosone and Rep. Walter K. Granger, there is no basis for reports that he is unfavorably unfavor-ably disposed toward Echo Park dam because he believes the people of Utah are divided on it. The congressmen expressed confidence Secretary Chapman would take favorable action when the project reached him for a decision, probably within a month.
