SALT LAKE, Aug 2 Mrs. Lavlna , Thaync of Farmlngton, Mrs. W J. Thayne and daughter Dorothy Thayne, are at the St. Mark's hospital In a dangerous condition and five other oth-er persons are suffering from wounds and contusions sustained when a head-on head-on automobile collision occurred near Beck's Hot Springs last night at H o'clock J I m A Cadillac sedan, driven by Curtis B. Hawley, Jr., smashed Into a Ford machine driven by W. J. Thayne. The Thayne machine contained seven people peo-ple and an Infant. The Hawley ear was occupied by the driver and T. B. Crawford. Th-' Cadillac machine, according to L. G- H Hollow-ay, who was driving past when r the smash occurred, completely wrecked the Ford. The Cedlllac turned u over and Hawley suffered a lacerated face Little hope was held out at an early hour this morning for the recovery hk. of Mrs Lavlna Thayne, Mrs. W, J.
