Ribbon cutting ceremonies for the opening of Lancer Way (3650 South) will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 18, followed by the Granger high Home ?' coming parade. The parade will begin at Market Street and travel westward along the newly-name- d street to the school. Student body officers for 1979-8- NOW AT I McDOUGALS and 0 1980-8- 1 will head the parade, riding on the traditional fire engine. They will be followed by a grand marshal, whose name has not been disclosed.
