Burns, of the Western Union Telegraph company office in Milford. a joint arrangement has been made with the Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph company, whereby telegrams may be telephoned from every subscriber or public telephone operated in the latter's ent're system consisting of the intermountain region. re-gion.
