Show Obituary. The remains of Timothy Murray, who died last week at his home, 2219 Tre-mont Tre-mont place, were shipped for burial to his old home in Buffalo, N. T on Sunday Sun-day evening, Nov, 22. Mr. Murray was a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Hi-bernians and of the Irish-American ! Progressive society, both of which organizations or-ganizations formed an escort to the train. Miss Marie Josephine McGuire died on Saturday, Nov. 21, at her home, 2404 Clarkson street, after an illness of but a few weeks. It is supposed that an injury received in a fall at the roller skating rink a year ago was the real cause of death, though the young wo man had to all appearances long since recovered her usual health and spirits. Miss McGuire was born in Denver,, and the twenty short years of her life had all been spent here, so she consequently had a large circle of friends who will miss her lively presence at their little gatherings. The funeral occurred Monday Mon-day with requiem mass at Sacred Heart church. Burial was in Mount Calvary cemetery. A sorrowing mother and several young sisters and brothers are left to mourn the loss of a warm-hearted and affectionate daughter and sister. sis-ter. Miss McGuire was the daughter of Frank McGuire, a pioneer of Denver, Den-ver, who died some years ago. Theodore Theo-dore McGuire, prominent in local politics, poli-tics, was her uncle. Christopher Leavy went quietly and peacefully to his reward on Monday. Nov. 16, at the advanced age of S3 years. He was buried Wednesday from the home of his son, Thomas J. Leavy, 1518 South Grant avenue. Requiem mass was read in the Church of St. John the Evangelist by Rev. Father Carr. Burial was in Mount Olivet cemetery. cem-etery. Mr. Leavy was the father of Thomas J. Leavy, Miss Mary Leavy and Mrs. Henry Pepin. He had also many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Patrick Dooley, a United States soldier sol-dier at Fort Logan, died on Tuesday, Nov. 17. Mr. Dooley contracted consumption con-sumption during the Spanish-American war. The funeral took place Sunday Sun-day afternoon from St. Patrick's church at Fort Logan, where the burial service was read by Rev. Richard Brady. The fife and drum corps of the Spanish-American Spanish-American War Veterans' association escorted es-corted the body to the grave in the military mil-itary cemetery. , Frank A. Green died at St. Joseph's hospital on Sunday, Nov. 22. Mr. Greene, accompanied by his brother, Marvin Greene, had come to Colorado in search of health only a week previous. previ-ous.
