Show t . Cache Valley Bank Elects 1936 Officers Stockholders of the Cache Valley Banking Company met Tuesday, at which time the Directors of the bank were re-elected as fallows: Frederick P. Champ, A. J. Fuhri-man, Fuhri-man, Henry C. Hayball, T. H. Humpherys, H. R. Hurren, William Peterson, George D. Preston, and Charles G. Wood. Following the stockholders meeting, the Directors met and organized, re-electing the present officers of the bank, including in-cluding Frederick P. Champ, President, Presi-dent, Henry G. Hayball, Vive-president, H. R. Hurren, Cashier, L. W. Hovey, Trust Officers and Assistant As-sistant Cashier, and E. H. Hancey, Assistant Cashier. The report of the operations of the bank for the past year made by the President and Cashier indicated in-dicated a substantial increase in the volume of business and increase in-crease in deposits of approximately a quarter of a million dollars, and an increase in the bank's operating earnings for' the yean 1935. The report of the Trust Department made by the Trust Officer likewise indicated a very satisfactory condition con-dition in that phase of the bank's business. A revision in the bank's Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws By-Laws to broaden the bank's powers in this division was unanirr.ously adopted. A substantial majority of the bank's outstanding stock was represented at the meeting, at which a detailed report of operations opera-tions was made and ratified by those present. President Champ called attention to the change in organization made since the last meeting, and indicated a favorable outlook for the institution during the ensuing year. |
