Notice Public notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 5 p.m. on Oct. 14, 1982, at the Memorial Bldg., before the City Council, for the purpose of hearing public comment on: an ordinance regulating peddlers, solicitors, street musicians, transient merchants, mer-chants, convention sales and the sale of goods, services, or merchandise in or from the public streets or other public property.
