Show V : l a : S Mrs. Harriet (Hattie) Dou-gall Dou-gall for whom services were held here Tuesday afternoon. Funeral rites held Tues. for Hattie Dougall Funeral1 services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Wheeler Mortuary chapel for Mrs. Harriet Wheeler Dougall, 84, prominent church worker, who died Friday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Josephine Dougall in Lehi, after an extended ex-tended illness. Bishop Forrest Allred of the Ninth ward, was in charge of the services. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery. Mrs. Dougall was born Jan. 1, 1877, in Spring-ville, a daughter daugh-ter of Samuel and Ellen Kel-sey Kel-sey Wheeler. She received her education . in the' schools of Springville and later attended BYU and the miversity of Utah. She taught school in Springville for three years. She was married to John W. Dougall Dou-gall on Nov. 28, 1900, in Springville. He died in March, 1960. Mrs. Dougall served as secretary sec-retary of the first Juvenile Sunday School in Springville. She was active in the MIA and had served in the- presidency of the Relief Society and as a teacher. She was instrumental in organizing a local chapter of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and served as an officer of the Camp Aaron Johnson until it was divided. She was secretary of Camp Springville and librarian librar-ian for the state central company. com-pany. She also served as state secretary of the Utah Federation Federa-tion of Women's Clubs. Survivors are three sons and a daughter, Hugh Dougall and William Bernard Dougall, of Springville; Dr. John M. Dougall, Dou-gall, Houston, Texas; Mrs. Robinson Ro-binson of Lehi; six grandchildren; grandchil-dren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Joseph S. Wheeler,' Springville.
