Show LIBRARY BOOK CORNER NOTES SPRAGUE BRANCH Of especial interest at the Sprague branch is the collection of large colored plates called the Pacific the plates are murals by Miguel Covarubias, a latin American Amer-ican and published by Pacific House. There is an interesting pamphlet that describes the plates plat-es that may be borrowed at the Library desk (to be used in the room ) . The six plates are: 1. People of the Pacific. 2. Flora and Fauna of the Pacific. 3. Art forms of the Pacific. 4. Economy of the Pacific. 5. Native Dwelling of the Pacific. 6. Native means of transportation transpor-tation of the Pacific. These are truly beautiful and interesting pictures and the exhibit exhib-it will continue for six weeks.
