No person or corporation in charg of any railroad train or station" oi public or private school or state edu cational institutions shall furnish an drinking cup for public use, and in such person or corporation shall permit per-mit on said train oiat said station oi public or private school or st afe educational edu-cational institution the use of the public drinking cup. , In compliance with the stg' j"lav, the Denver & Rio Crand has discontinued discon-tinued the cup on its trains and at stations, and basso notified the public, pub-lic, ils agents and all employes.'
