Show SUIT AGAINST OGDEN RIVER RESERVOIR COMPANY The suit of William Bostaph against the Ogden River Reservoir company was concluded todav and taken under advisement by Judge A W. Agee. The plaintiff lor himsell and as a. unci o the interests of W. E Roche, his partner part-ner m the tirai of Bosiaph iV: Roche, is suing the reservoir company for a sura o r 7000 which be alleges Is due him lor services on a contract. The case for the plaintiffs is in the hands ol Attorney John G Willis and for the defendant in the hands of Indue John D Murphy and Judge A G. Horn In the plaintiff s complaint ihere are live causes of action. Besides the claim for general services, there is a claim for pay for extra work alleged to have been performed while ihe company was engaged In construction I of t he dam The defendant is resisting these claims on the ground that payment for work done was made the plaintiff dur-I dur-I ing the lifetime ol W illiam Glasmann 1 and lhat Ihe extras were included in the contract The delendani inirodmed proof also to show thai the contract had not been completed by the plain tiff. There were two witnesses called this morning Judge J. D. Murphy and Engineer Newton L. Hall.
