Show ' Henry and Emil Hasler each made a sale of their pure bred Jersejs this week. One went to Gunnison and the other to Provo. Each buyer had his animal selected by a government gover-nment Dairy Promoter, Mr. H. E. Cartney, who has his headquarteis at the Agricultural College. He works under the direction of the Department De-partment of Agriculture in out-State, out-State, helping the dairymen to select ! better animals. Organizing cow ' testing 8ssocacions and giving plans : for dairy barns and equipement. He is ready to help any one who wish , his services. He also visited the Hasler Has-ler herds ai,d also W. D. Candlands, and gave very high compliments for the hifeh class of Jersey stock which Mt. Pleasant has. Mr. Cartney is an excellent judge of cattle having completed his course in eastern col-' col-' lepres. |
