Show WASHINGTON Mrs. Caddie Neilson Reporters Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Tanner and family, Mrs. John E. Tanner and son, Clare, left Sunday for points in California, where they will spend their vacation. Mrs. Minnie Paxman is spending spend-ing some time with her son, Arthur Ar-thur and family in St. George. Rodney Neilson visited with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Israel Neilson Neil-son Jr., over the Fourth from Santa Monica, Calif. Andrew Stephens, of Boulder City is spending his vacation here with his mother, Mrs. Lydia Stephens. Thelma Neilson is visiting with relatives in Nephi. Paul Neilson returned home from Bryce Canyon last week. He left Wednesday, accompanied by Keith Iverson, for Burbank, Calif., where they both will enter the Fletcher school. v Word was received by Mr. and Mrs., W. O. Nisson from Mr. and Mrs. Clark Frei in Salt Lake City, that their little son, Bobbie, who has been ill for the past three months, has undergone an operation in the Ogden hospital and hopes were held for his quick recovery. Mrs. Antone Neilson was hostess host-ess to the I. O. M. club Wednesday Wednes-day evening. Invited guests were Mrs. Clayton Williams, Mrs. Antone An-tone Prince, Mrs. Paul Seegmiller and Mrs. Wilford Schmutz of St. George. Rook was the diversion of the evening with honors going to Mrs. Antone Prince, Mrs. Paul Seegmiller and Mrs. W. O. Nisson. Bernard Hafen arrived Sunday, from Camp San Luis Obispo, where -he is stationed with the National Na-tional Guard, to visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hafen. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Neilson and son Rolo, are spending then-vacation then-vacation with their children in Los Angeles. Mrs. Winnie Seegmiller entertained enter-tained her music students at a party Monday afternoon at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Tobler. Mrs. Lydia Stephens will leave Thursday to attend the Postmasters' Post-masters' convention at Provo. She will visit with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Tolton, in Salt Lake City before returning home. |
