Show WASHINGTON Mrs. Lenzy Hoopes Reporter Too Late for Last Week Blaine Prisbrey, son of Mrs. Sina Prisbrey, returned home Thursday Thurs-day from Cedar City where he spent the week with Mr. and Mrs. Cal Hall and family. Mrs. Mae Hannig of Pioche, spent Friday with her grandmother, grand-mother, Mrs. Pheobe Prince. She left for Pioche Saturday accompanied accom-panied by Phoebe Hall. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Pectol and Mr. and Mrs. Olson of Bringham visited last week-end in Pioche. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Pectol of LaVerkin spent the Fourth of July here with Mr. and Mrs. Ray Pectol. Mr. and Mrs. Ormon Wilkins, Mrs. Gladys Mitchell and boys, Mrs. Ben Holland and family enjoyed en-joyed the Fourth at Oak Grove. Eldon and Shirley Thomas and Helen and Neil Reinstrom all of Beaver were visitors at the Lenzy Hoopes home Saturday. They were enroute to California where they have employment. Elvin Prisbrey spent Sunday here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Pribsrey. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Hall, are living on Cedar mountain this summer. They were accompanied by Geneva Prisbrey. Mr. and Mrs. Cleone Sproul and brother Elmo, of Salt Lake City arrived Friday to spend a few days with Mrs. Agatha Sproul. Ramona Sproul returned to Salt Lake City with them. Mr. and Mrs. Dolf Lund and baby of Niland, Calif., spent last week-end here with relatives and friends. They returned home Sunday Sun-day accompanied by Mrs. Lund's sister, Farrel Prisbrey. Mrs. Edith Daughenbough and son Jerry, and her mother-in-law, Mrs. Daughenbough are guests at the home of James E. Hall. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Connell of Pioche were visitors here Monday. C. R. Mrs. Evelina Everson and son Keith, and granddaughter, Max-ine Max-ine Iverson, motored to Zion and Bryce's Canyons returning by way of Grand Canyon on the Fourth. While at Bryce they visited with Mrs. Everson's sons, who are employed em-ployed there. Mr. Reed Williams and children child-ren of Kanarra visited relatives here Tuesday. Harrison Maxwell of Little Rock, Ark., arrived Wednesday to visit with his sister, Mrs. Ben Holland. Mr. Eve Iverson and Mrs. Victor Vic-tor Iverson spent Tuesday at New Harmony. |
