Bids close March l5th, 1919. Talk about improvements. There is to be placed at the south end of the Union station a U. S. mall bcTx, the same as is now at the north end. All mail going to Los Angeles or points south must be placed in the box at the south end of depot. All mail for Salt Lake and points north must be placed in the mail box located lo-cated at the north end of the depot. Hurley return ed from Los Angeles Monday evening on No. 4. Following assignments have been made: Wm. Middlemiss, assigned to trains 83 and 84. J. Riley, assigned freight service, sixth district, vacated vaca-ted by J. L. Low. A Northy assigned to 95 and 96, vacated by V. K. Wells Engine 3608 has running orders to Las Vegas shops where she will !be given the black paint. Traveling Auditor W. W. Spencer 'is making Milford his headquarters. Harry Yeager and family left for San Diego last Sunday evening on No 3 to spend ten days visiting with friends. |
