ORDINANCE NO. 136 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF BEAVER BEA-VER COUNTY, UTAH WHEREAS a petition has been filed by Beaver City Corporation to amend the zoning map of Beaver County as hereinafter set forth, and the said petition having been submitted to the County Planning Commission of Beaver County for its recommendation, and the said County PlanningCom-mission PlanningCom-mission has considered the said petition and has made its recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners Com-missioners of Beaver County with reference thereto. And whereas the said . Board of County Commissioners, Commis-sioners, on the 14th day of February, 1978, having held . a public hearing on the ques -tion of whether or not the amendment requested by said petition should be made; And whereas the amendment amend-ment of the said ZoningMap, as hereinafter set forth, is in the interest of establishing establish-ing and maintaining sound, stable and desirable development de-velopment within theCounty, is in the interest of the public pub-lic and will promote the objectives ob-jectives and purposes of the Zoning Ordinance of Beaver County. Now, therefore, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Beaver ordains as follows: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Zon-ing Map of Beaver County, Utah, is hereby amended to rezone from A -5 A gricultur -al to 1-1 Industrial the following fol-lowing property: Beginning on the western I edge of the Highway 1-15 I frontage road, and being I the Beaver Airport access j road, 484 feet west of the ; Northeast corner of the j Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section Sec-tion 33, Township 29 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence West 836 feet; thence South 522 feet; thence East 836 feet, more or less, to the western edge of said frontage road; j thence North along the i west line of said frontage road 522 feet to the place ' i of beginning, containing approximately 10 acres. SECTION 2. This ordinance ordin-ance shall become effective i 15 days after its adoption. |
