Show Arizona Dinah Sams The Arizons Dinah Sams met on the afternoon of March 17 at the Lost Dutchman Dut-chman Park. This is a beautiful campground cam-pground at the foot of Superstition Mountain. Moun-tain. They picnicked, hiked up the edge of the mountain and then the men played games while the women visited and did hand work. That evening they all went back to Mesa where they gathered at the home of Stella and Vic Karren for more food and fun. This will be the last time they will get together in Arizona this year as most will be leaving to come back to Vernal for the summer very soon. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Freeman, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Couture, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Sandras, who have been living in Apache Junction this winter; Mr. and Mrs. Roy Showalter and Mr. and Mrs. Victor Karren from Mesa and from Tuscon, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Voorhies, who brought guests staying with them, Jessie and Pete Pederson of Vernal. |
