During the four days they spent in the rainy southland, they went to the beach and spent a day at Disneyland. Loren and Zella Pike drove their daughter, Darla. to Salt Lake City last week. Darle attended computer school one day at the G.UAC Training Center and then all returned to Whiterocks. Marcy Arrowchis and Yvette Gardner attended the gymnastic meet at West Junior High School last Thursday. The bond election passed in Whiterocks. Bob King and John Moosman of Whiterocks and Ray Moosman of Tridell drove to Salt Lake City last week. They spent the week at a microwave school at the Tri Arc Lodge. The Whiterocks road show entitled "Giant Dilemna" tied for third place last week. Matt and Virginia Ferguson drove to St. George and spent the week following the sun around the golf course. Matt competed in the Utah Seniors Golf Tournament Tour-nament while there and enjoyed renewing renew-ing old acquaintances. Alfred and Carol Helquist rode on the bus to Logan and spent the day with their three daughters, their husbands and children. Morris and Debbie Pitcher hosted the dinner for Doug and Pam Anderson. Reed and Cathy Pierce and the Helquists. Kay Rasmussen and her son. Wayne, drove to Lehi last Friday to attend the wedding and reception of her niece, Glendalee Rasmussen to Clyde Crosby. At the Headstart School. Thursday is always Fun Day and this Thursday was no exception. All the children decorated their bikes and rode them in their spring parade. Because of the inclement weather, the parade was held in the gym. |
