For Mendon, Wellsville, Bear Lake and all southern or foreign points, every day at 9 p. m. For Providence, Millville, Hyrum and Paradise, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 p. m. Mail Delivery commences at 6:30 a. m. and closes at 6:00 p. m. daily. Delivery is open on Sundays from 6:30 to 9:30 a. m. Under the auspices of the Logan Driving Park Association, at their Race Course on College Farm. Sept. 21, 22, and 23: programme. FIRST DAY. 1st race-half mile running, two in three, free for all, purse, $30. 2d race-half mile trotting stallions, 2 year olds, two in three, purse $25. 3d race-mile heat, trotting stallions, free for all, two in three; purse, $50. SECOND DAY. 1st race-trotting, mile heats, two in three, 3-year old Stallions, free for all; purse $10. 2d race-running, single dash, one mile, free for all; purse, $50. 3d race-three-fourth mile dash, free for all, purse, $25. THIRD DAY. 1st race-trotting mile heats, two in three, free for all; purse $50. 2d race-best double team, two in three, free for all; purse $20. Matched races may be made up on the track. All races will be governed by the rules of this Association. All entrances must be made at the Secretary's office not later than the 16h of September.
