Mrs. Halverson and thr(, children returned home with Mn Seamons and will spend ten im visiting relatives here, j Hyde Park $ HYDE IPARK Mrs. Ettie Bal-lam Bal-lam returned to her home in Redwood Red-wood City, California, Friday after spending three weeks visiting at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Petersen. Mrs. Tomina Balls spent a few days last week in Wyoming visiting visit-ing at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ar-dell Ar-dell Balls. Miss Carol Seamons, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Seamons, j received treatment at a local hos- pital, Thursday for blood poisoning in her hand. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Miller and children of Provo were week end guests of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Lee. R. S. McQuarrie returned home Thursday evening from a ten day business trip in eastern Idaho. Mrs. Kate Woolf was pleasantly surprised Tuesday when her four sisters dropped in unexpectedly to wish her many happy returns on her birthday. The sisters -were Mrs. Abbie McNeil, Mrs. Rachel Carlson and Mrs. Jeanette Seamons all of Blackfoot, Idaho and Mrs. Eliza Olson of North Logan. All five sisters were supper guests of Mrs. Aletha Thurston. Fenton Christoffersen, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Christoffersen, Christoffer-sen, left Saturday morning for Salt Lake City, where he will be assigned to his station for service in the U. S. Army. Mr .and Mrs. Vernal Seamons and children Lynn and Kaye, Mrs. Susie Seamons and Miss LuJean Seamons spent Sunday in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Arden Balls and children, Renee, Marjean and Jodie, Jo-die, left the fore part of the week for Oregon where Mr. Balls has employment. They have spent ten days visiting rlatives and friends here. Miss Marnette Reeder, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M C. Reeder, who has been confined in a local hospital for three weeks following an appendectomy, is reported to be in a serious condition again. Erastus Cash of Pasadena, California, Cali-fornia, was an over night guest of his sister and brother-in-lay, Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Lee, Monday. Mrs. J. W. Seamons returned to her home Thursday, after a five day visit in Salt Lake City at the |
