Mrs. Sloan was born December j 17, ls7S, in Salt Lake City, a 1 daughter of Adam Cook and Ann j Hoiley Brown. j Surviving her are her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Melvin H. Stanley and Umo Jayne of Salt Lake City; two brothers. Adam C. Brown of Oroville, California, and I James H. Brown of Reno, Nevada; ! and one grandchild. i 1 M. P.
