Under the provisions of the' law the board of loans has Invested 124,250 of the money set astda In 1903 for the redemption of bonds of the' territory of Utah, leaving a total of $760 of this fund and the $36,000 set aside December De-cember 30, 1904 still held for investment. Just prior to adjournment Representative Representa-tive Wilson of Wasatch, rose to a point of personal privilege. He carried a copy of the Deseret News of Monday and indignantly in-dignantly demanded to know why he was referred to as "Rallsoad Bill" In that paper. pa-per. Mr. Wilson said that the name, according ac-cording to the paper was applied to him by certain Representatives, and he talked for ten minutes explaining his position.
