Show Mr. and Mrs. CP. Warnick Entertain At Family Reunion Mr and Mrs. C. P. Warnick entertained enter-tained at a family social Wednesday evening in honor of their 55th wedding anniversary. They were married in the old endowment house March 14, 1874, and resided in Pleasant Grove the first part of their married life, but have lived in the Manila ward for the past 33 years. Ten children were born to them, nine of whom are living. All members mem-bers of the family were present except ex-cept their daughter, Eftie, who is attending at-tending school at the University of Chicago. Many interesting experiences experi-ences of their early pioneer life were related during the evening. Mr. and Mrs. Warnick walked across the plains inearly days. Mrs. Warnick came here in 1863 and Mr. Warnick in 1866. Expressions of appreciation for their wonderful parents was given by President W. W. Warnick and Adena Warnick Swenson. Musical numbers were also enjoyed. A delicious luncheon lunch-eon was served by the family. A very enjoyable reunion was- reported. report-ed. n |
