Show F. SI. Houston was a business visitor visi-tor in Salt Lake City Tuesday. Sir. and Sirs. Epbraim Otterson of Riverton, were dinner gues's Sunday at the home of Sir. and Sirs. Samuel F. Grant. Sirs. Leo Sleredith attended a luncheon in Provo Thursday afternoon after-noon at the home of Sirs. Ora Jacobs Lloyd. Sir. and Sirs. S. G. Carter and baby daughter, Caryln, of Provo, were Sunday visitors at the home o Sirs. Carter's mother, Sirs. Jennie Cunningham. Cunn-ingham. Sir. and Sirs. Victor Yvebb and son, Keith, of Salt Lake' City, spent the forepart of the week visiting with Mrs. TYebb's mother, Sirs. Rose H. Grant. j Sir. and Sirs. Newell Hofheins oi Copperton, were visitors last Friday I evening at the George Sleredith. home. Sliss Clea Sleredith accompanied the visitors to Copperton and visited until un-til Sunday. Colby Nash, who has been in California Cali-fornia for the past six weeks, spent Saturday here with his sister and husband, Dr. and Sirs. James SI. Grant, enroute to his home in Salt Lake City. The Gleaner and Junior girls of the Second "Ward SI. I. A. entertained at a St. Patricks party Tuesday evening even-ing in their class room at the chapel. Games were enjoyed, followed by delicious de-licious refreshments. The presidents of the two classes were in charge of the social. In commemoration of the annual birthday of the Relief Society" organization or-ganization on March 17, the Second ward association sponsored an interesting inter-esting program and ' entertainment Tuesday afternoon in their ward chapel. After the regular preliminary prelimi-nary exercises, the following program was given with Mrs. Joseph Nicholes in charge : vocal duet, Mrs. Hazel Walker and Mrs. Mae Halliday; story, Mrs. Eliza Buckwalter; trombone solo, so-lo, Bill "Walker; stunt, Mrs. Blanche Tattersoll and others; violin solo, Farren Sagers; piano solo, Sliss Lydia Olson; vocal solo; Farren Sagers. Refreshments were served at the con-j elusion of the social to sixty. o American Ferk Locals Ralph Gillispie spent several days last week in Eureka on "business. Mrs. P. JJ. Holman of Mt. Pleasant was a week-end visitor at the home of Dr. and Mrs. G. S. Richards. Miss Jane McPherson spent the week-end in Nephi visiting her mother moth-er and sisters. Mrs. Earl Carlisle will entertain the Bee Orchis Ladies next Thursday afternoon, March 21, at her home. All members are given a cordial invitation invita-tion to be present. Miss Carol Reed of Mauti, was visiting last week at the homo of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Eggertsen, guest of Miss Virginia. Eggertsen. Mrs. O. S. Richards accompanied by Mrs. P. L. Holman of Mt. Pleasant, spent Saturday in the capitol city on combined business and pleasure. Mr. and Mrs. Chester Snyder, local photographers, attended a meeting and luncheon at the New House Hotel Monday evening in S;Ut Lake City, given by the Photographers .Association .Associa-tion of America. The Relict Society of the Fourth ward enjoyed a St. IV ricks parly Tuesday afternoon at their ward chapel. The cntcrt.;:ning room vas cleverly decorated in St. Patrick colors and symbols.
