W. PIdcock or j,H Sheriff E. E. Harrison. The man was 4l not wanted by the local authorities H for any crime, but his mysterious con- H duct led them to believe that he might "! be wanted In some other locality. H Mltchel was found on the desert ! near Lakeside during the latter part j of July. He was in a starving condl- ,1 tlon and apparently had suffered from J thirst and heat prostration, as he was Jl delirious for several days after his re1- 1 moval to the local hospital. When I -B he did recover somewhat he refused l Ji to tell anything concerning himself.
