Color, bluish tint. Odor, none. Odor upon heating, faint. , Tasto, normal. Clearness, fairly bright. Sediment, fair amount grayish and brownish flocculent. Chemical, Reaction, nouttal. Nitrates, none. Nitrites, none. Sulphuretted hydrogen, none. AlkalLno sulphides, none. Mctallis Impurities, none. Total solids diied at 212 F. U. S. gallon, 11 293 grains. Composition of solids, usual water constituents. Residue, grayish, amorphous. Upon gentle Iguition no foreign odor is emitted. Furthermore, the residue does not cinder, char or blacken, but darkens somewhat. Volatile matter per U. S. gallon, 2 91S grains. Actual mineral solids. 11.375 grains. Chlorine per U. S Gallon, 702 grains. Corresponding to sodium chlorides, 1.15S Grains. |
