The Board of County Commissioners Commission-ers of tho County of Weber, in the State of Utah, ordains as follows: Section J. That the offices of tho County Clerk and County Auditor !n the County of Weber, in the State of Utah, be and the same are hereby consolidated and combined, as proJ vlded under and 'by virtue of Section Sec-tion 542 of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and the respective duties of the County Clerk and County Auditor Au-ditor In Weber County, State of Utah, shall be performed by one person. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect on and after the 1st day of January, A. D. 1913, said date being not less than three months after tho passage thereof. Passed this 29th day of July, A.
