Show Funeral Services Held For Pulley Child Funeral services were held Saturday Satur-day afternoon, May 4, at 1 p. m. In the First ward chapel for Cyril Pulley, Pul-ley, 8, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Pulley, who died April 30, at the Lehi hospital from serious injuries sustained sus-tained when he was struck by an automobile. Bishop T. A. Greenwood wa3 in charge of the services, which opened with a vocal duet "Say Not I Journey Alone" by George and Ivan M'onson of Manila. They were accompanied on the piano by KfHe Warnick. The opening prayer was given by A. F. Smith. The next selection was a vocal solo "Your Sweet Little Rose Bud Has Left You" by Ray Shelley. The speakers were President W. W. Warnick of the Timpanogos Stake, Lawrence Atwood of Manila, and Dr. James M. Grant. Each of them, conveyed con-veyed many words of consolement to the bereaved family and friends. Interspersing the speakers, Mrs. W. R. Halliday sang a vocal selection "Come Unto Me,' and Mrs. Ora H. Chipman sang a solo "O Dry Those Tears." The concluding musical number was "Sometime We'll Understand" beautifully rendered by the First ward choir under the direction of Mrs. Louella Greenwood. The benediction bene-diction was pronounced by Jense Monson, greatgrandfather of the child. Interment was made in the city cemetery, where Bishop Greenwood dedicated the grave. |
