Show Young Mothers Club Thursday afternoon. after-noon. Needlework and social chat were engaged, after whl lunch was served. ! , t " ALPINE HEWS Mrs. L. Bates, Reporter. Mr. and Mrs. George Stevens of Bountiful, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Will Healey. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Peterson and children of Provo, were Sunday guests of Mrs. Peterson's parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Strong. The M Mens class entertained the Gleaner Girls at a "weenie roast" at the school house Friday night, all report having had an enjoyable time. The Primary operetta Saturday evening was well presented and much enjoyed by all present. The teachers and children are to be commended on the splendid entertainment. Presidents C. E. Young, Earl S. Greenwood and Jesse M. Walker were present at the fast meeting Sunday afternoon. Myron Moyle was released releas-ed as second counselor in the bishopric bishop-ric on account of his moving from the ward and John Whitby was sustained in his place. Joseph F. Marsh, who has been called to the Stake High Counsil was released as ward clerk and William; Healey sustained as his successor. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Watts and daughter of Murray, were week-end guests of Mrs. Grace Bateman. The closing session of the M. I. A. was well attended Tuesday evening. A special program was given and lunch was served. Mrs. Naomi Healey entertained the Happy Dozen at her home Wednesday afternoon.
