Show Everything Ready For Big Alumni Day Next Friday, May 17 Reports from the various committees commit-tees show that everything is all ready for the second annual Alumni Day of the American Fork High School next Friday, May 17. Replies have been coming in gradually from the 400 invitations sent out to the graduates, reserving their places for the big banquet to be served that evening. Graduates living in American Ameri-can Fork have been slower to respond to the letter than the ones residing in various parts of the state. They are urged to please notify the historian the first of next week of their decision. deci-sion. The following program will be given giv-en at the high school assembly Friday Fri-day morning at 11 a. m. following the renewing of acquaintances and handshaking: hand-shaking: Selection High School Orchestra. Address of Welcome Alumni President. Pres-ident. Vocal solo Alumni member. School paper "Recollections" Alumni member. Instrumental duet. Reading Alumni member Violin solo. Jokes "Hap and E. Ray." Musical selection. Stunts Members of the class of 1929. Following the program, lunch will be served, and then comes the fun. The Senior "skunks" will go through a series of initiation stunts, which will certainly leave them "stunted." This feature will be in charge of "Hap" Holmstead, "Rags" Ingersoll, Luther Giddings and Wendell Bush, and will last throughout the day. Class meetings and visiting will be participated in during the afternoon. The feature event of the day's program pro-gram will be the big banquet in the Alpine Stake Tabernacle, which commences com-mences at 7:30 p. m. "Hap" will act as toastmaster of the evening. The following program will be enjoyed during the dinner interspersed with toasts and short talks: Musical number High School Music Dept. Quartet Under the direction of Earl Crookston. Vocal duet Under the direction of Faye Parker. Comic songs 'Tabby and Bun." Reading Helen Helselt. Musical selection Dr. V. F. Houston. Hous-ton. Remarks from the following special guests P. M. Nielsen, J. F. Steele, Leo B. Sharp and Bessie Newman. Dancing will be enjoyed for the remainder of the evening, To you graduates In this commun-' ity, comes a message from the Alumni President that upon you mainly depends de-pends the success of the day. Your support and cooperation is asked, especially in regards to the banquet. Responses must be to the Alumni historian his-torian no later than the morning ot May 15.
