Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposals will be received receiv-ed by the Board of Education. Iron County School District for Construction of Improvements, Minor Remodeling and Alterations Altera-tions at various locations in the District, in accordance with ?lans and Specifications prepared pre-pared by John S. Rowley, A. I. A. rchitect, Cedar City, Utah, until un-til 5:30 p. m., July 11, 1966, and will be publicly opened immediately imme-diately there after and read iloud at the Board offices located at 300 West on Harding Avenue. The work called for by the plans and specifications is in separate contracts at several separate sep-arate locations: 1. Minor remodeling and acoustical acous-tical treatments at Cedar Junior Jun-ior High School Main and West Buildings. 2. Fixed seating at Cedar Junior High. 1 3. Sprinkler systems at Cedar j Junior High and East Elementary. Elemen-tary. 1. Lighting of corridors at Cedar Junior High. 5. Lighting of football field at Cedar High School. Bidders will be required to furnish Derformance and nav. ment bonds. Qualified bidders may obtain drawings and specifications at the Architect's office at 81 North Main, Cedar City, Utah after June 21, 19G6 on making a deposit de-posit of ten ($10.00) dollars per et, such deposits being refundable refund-able upon return of documents in good condition within ten (10) days after bid opening. A Certified Check or Bid Bond of not less than five (.57c) percent per-cent of the amount of the bid must accompany each proposal said check or bid bond being drawn in favor of Iron County School District. Said checks or bid bonds will be returned upon delivery of performance bond and signing of contract. The Board of Education reserves re-serves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality inform-ality or technicality in the bidding bid-ding in the interest of the School District.
