Tho Spanish government Is preparing prepar-ing for eventualities In Morocco, and has ordered troops at Malaga, Cadiz and Algeclras to be held in readiness to promptly reinforce the garrisons at Ceutn and Melllll, Morocco, should tho situation require It.
