Show MESljll'l'K. Since the Pulsipher sawmill was moved onto the mountain near here, there has been eight houses built in Mesquite. Harvest has commenced, wheat and and barley are heavy crops this year. Everybody is pleased with the fine prospects for crops of all kinds. Mrs. Park Chidester gave birth to a fine baby-girl on the 17th inst.: mother and babe doing nicely. Park is a good-natured good-natured fellow, and has worn an extra smile since the event. Aunt Mary Bunker of Bunkerville visited Mesquite a few days ago on professional business. Her health has been very poor for some months past, I and we are glad to see her out again. |
